      None at all to be honest

      1. Horrible management 2. I was paid unfairly compared to my colleagues who were working at the same level as me 3. I was discriminated against (as they are majority Bengalis) 4. I was treated unfairly 5. I was harassed and spoken to rudely 6. They only care about money, the manager is an evil and horrible human being who does not care about his employers rights

      - Manager took peoples wages during covid - Makes people cry - Very rude and condesending to women - Weird policies such as if you're late you get your wage taken off - Loves to publicly shame other members of staff during meetings

      No pros! Everything about this place is horrible

      Cons

      All they care about is money. You can’t call in sick as they force you to come into work. Management does not respect staff at all. They do not give a copy of your contract. Forced me to share my location outside of work hours. I paid for my own dbs check and they aren’t sending me a copy of it even thought they said they will (I’ve asked them so many times and they are just ignoring me now). You are forced to stay there for a year because of the way they have made their contract!! You cannot leave this sick place otherwise you have to PAY THEM!
