Although advertised - Company is most certainly NOT employee focused. Does NOT truly value hard work and dedication. Does NOT support career development as advertised and then promised. Total lack of communication throughout the company. Although advertised and continually promised - No training or support of further education/qualifications. Old school management- complain about workloads but refuse to delegate and choose to withhold information - feel threatened by new blood No protection for employees - Management, HR, Legal team and union reps all protect each other to cover incompetencies and rule breaking No real opportunities to progress as most departments are very small - would rather advertise jobs than train capable staff Aged working environment. No longer a Christmas shut-down. Never worked in a place where morale is so low caused by a lack of trust in management, and collusion amongst those you would expect to approach when raising an issue or concern.

Little feeling of freedom for innovation/R&D, no long term vision, mostly Quarter to Quarter profit monitoring.
