Micro-management and toxic employees, not a lot of friendly colleagues in the various department. Little benefits.

Companies new push for one excelitas is rejected by old regimes and left overs from previous companies that were bought out in recent years. They hate the idea of working with anyone else, and will sabotage, plot, and scheme until they get there way. Some management is so blind and fearful and only considerate of their own self interests they accept it or give in after hearing complaints long enough. (No matter how ridiculous)

No VB, slow career growth.

Not much ability to advance in the company, even if you have a technical degree. Raises did not match rising cost of living (roughly 63 cents).

No bonus despite earning money

Less benefits. Inconsistent annual bonus.

Less of benefit such a bonus

Basic salary quite low for technician

-Communication is very poor and you get multiple directions from multiple people all at the same time. -Not a lot of vertical movement that is easily visible/attainable as they seem to prioritize those who are already scouted for higher positions unless you are there for 10+ years -No bonuses for the work everyone does -Disorganized to the point that most written processes are at least 3-5 years old with updates coming at a snails pace. -You can tell them your limits after getting used to a job and knowing how fast you can go and then they will throw on an extra 50% or more that is IF the work is available due to poor product flow -If they are behind on products they might "kindly" ask the team to do overtime or you will be chosen and forced to.
