-Churn 'em & burn 'em attitude to sales - very sleazy salesman approach from the top down.
-Terrible relationships with customers due to lack of care and only caring about winning the deal. This has led to the customer retention rate being incredibly low.
-Management expect emails & phone calls from them to be responded to 24/7, those who don't answer late night calls are frowned upon.
-Zero training provided on the products & services the company provide. Questioning this will not be well received and met with "we sell it, we don't use it"
-Colleagues had negative opinion of the business and made it very clear to new starts.
