      Pros

      I worked with very talented and energetic people, and was involved in an interesting working environment. Managers were normally good, and things were organised well.

      Cons

      For the amount our clients were paying for their experiences, paying minimum wage to us employees seemed a bit harsh, although we kept any tips in full. Also long working hours when working some events was difficult, but it can't be helped because of the nature of the industry.
