      As an HR Manager and recruited, hiring for Exenta HRMS has not always been a breeze. The pro is that they will only let you hire people with specific skill sets and no watering down can be done. This has helped me hone my recruitment skills a lot. Also being an HRMS company, everyone in the organization knows a great deal about HR. Working in HR for this company is fun !!
