- CEO is also the CTO, which greatly confuses the role, motives and overall help towards the team, to my experience.
- HR is inexperienced and even uneducated on certain matters which harms the employees actively.
- Discussed role was different than the role I was actually assigned to.
- Even though the colleagues are friendly, management/HR/ceo display moody, gaslighting, abusive and targeting behaviours which creates hostile environment.
- Sharing ideas is welcome on paper, however ceo makes it feel competitive and unsafe.
