Pros
Amazing coworkers and unlimited PTO.
Cons
RUN! There is extremely high turnover, and leadership frequently speaks negatively about both former and current employees. The culture often feels cliquish, more like high school than a professional workplace. Executive roles appear to be based on personal relationships rather than qualifications in their field or proven performance managing a team, which contributes to low and poor lead and revenue performance. Management also blurs professional boundaries, creating situations where favoritism, which is this company's MO, become concerns. There are serious issues regarding diversity, equity, and fairness in employment decisions. The pattern of terminations raises significant red flags and creates an environment driven by fear rather than trust. Job security feels nonexistent. Organizational priorities also seem misaligned. Significant resources are directed toward races that many employees do not understand, while professional development and career progression remain disorganized and confusing.
