Lower salary than the average They are proud of the flat hierarchies but in reality you will be managed by a lot of people If you are friends with the "key" person in the company your career will sky rocket, this is, a CTO, an specific Swe/Fin manager and a few legacy developers They will justify people not moving forward in their careers, i.e. not having a higher salary with people happy in their current position and voluntarily not engaging a higher challenge Drupal was, is and will be the main business, forget to work with anything else You need to constantly watch your back If you are a female you might have even a lower salary
