The culture felt deeply racist, and I witnessed and experienced bias that made the workplace uncomfortable for many, especially people of color. It was also misogynistic; as a woman I was consistently passed over for challenging projects that would have helped me grow professionally. Management micromanaged every detail, treating employees like they were in a creche rather than capable adults. This combination of discrimination and infantilizing behavior created a toxic atmosphere that was draining and demoralizing. Overall, I would not recommend this employer to anyone who values respect, growth, or a healthy work environment.

Management is horrible. High turnover rate. Obsessed with working 8 hours. No wfh. Heavy monitoring of employees. They have a monitor that tracks if you working every minute of every day. Not well managed Seniors for more than 6 years are difficult to work with. They rude, condescending and just difficult to work with in general Management allows seniors to keep acting this way.
