Pros
This is one of those rare companies that combines meaningful work, solid compensation, and an amazing culture. The group works hard, but they have (and respect) boundaries. They invite new ideas, level-up their staff, genuinely care about their clients, and have a lot of fun along the way. It's a really special place to work.
Cons
The team doesn't have the deep pockets of a public company. You won't find some of the extra "perks" that come with those types of places.

- Small, tight-knit team that supports each other. - Great clients that “get” the work and want successful partnerships - Creative, innovative environment to keep building - Authentic relationships drive interactions
Cons
- Primarily dispersed team, so don’t get to see each other in person often
