The layoff occurred within a short period, without adequate transparency or proactive communication. This raises concerns about workforce planning and the way employment expectations are set during recruitment. I strongly recommend that candidates clarify contract duration, conversion policies, and project stability in writing before joining. Clear and honest communication is essential to maintain professional trust and credibility.
