Pros

Nothing that I remember.......... I nice apology would be good for all the demage they did.

Cons

Australia office should/must/learned to hire only people who are ready to work day and night. Management is onean show. They will make your life a living hell. The management will casually insult, shout, degrade, criticize you. Feedback company didn't see that in Australian region every year more than 80% employees leave the company. The region did well I wonder why the team left when they were such awsome performers. I guess the management needs to eethink. Discrimination, exploitation is very common. Canada team keeps asking the employees for good reviews and positive feedback. It's a homework, just like everything else. People will see how much you are exploited and won't do anything.
