- great benefits especially for a nonprofit - work/life balance (although some supervisors have better expectations than others) - great relationships b/t coworkers

Cons

- limited opportunity for growth - leadership does not practice what they preach nor believe in what they are preaching - prone to bandaid solutions

Senior Leadership could be more focused and helpful Need to focus on diversifying member base and staff Need to take more of an advocacy stand in certain areas
