      Nice team and perks overshadowed by poor leadership

      -Really nice team to work with. -Free lunch on Friday -Nice office -Manageable work

      Cons

      -The CEO is nuts -They are so hush hush about everything. They laid off at least 10 people right after the holidays. I kid you not they went on a huge hiring spree when I got there and laid off every single person. Went from a team of 50 to 25 within 9 months... -instead of CEO taking responsibility for HIS company he blames everyone around him.

      People are nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      They aren't upfront with you, from a younger managing perspective. Expections for you to work without many functions of the role being able to be utilized and essentially are on you're own.
