Hard to get good salary, but they're good about finding you work within the first few weeks of starting with them.

Very good at getting back to you and they do their best to fit your needs or communicate to you the company's requirements.
Cons
Took several phone calls to get off of an assignment that was exclusively outdoors (started developing sensitivity to heat stress).

The pay was fair for the region and the position.
Cons
Management leaves a lot to be desired. Staff gossips and is hateful to everyone that walks in the door looking for a job.
