Working here allows you flexibility. The team is remote based, and the company offers its employees lots of opportunities to learn in a fast paced environment. We deliver on promises to our clients and make sure we give them quality work, so they keep coming back to us. There is great job satisfaction in knowing you have truly helped another business. Additionally, our CEO and leadership team truly care about the employees and do what they can to make sure that they have opportunities to grow and develop themselves. The team works hard to support each other, so you build close relationships working across multiple projects together. For a small firm, the benefits are excellent, including generous PTO, 401K matching , company paid STD and LTD, and several plan selections for medical, dental and vision coverage.
Cons
The work can be complex and when working remotely, you have to be able to figure out how to manage your time and projects. Only those with strong self motivation and the ability to prioritize are going to be successful in our environment.
