Management does not value ground staff. Our opinion never matter to them. They just do what they like, and questioned us when it is not working or the sales is bad.
Close proximity of facilities - we are fighting with each other internally for customers can you believe it? Toxic for sales but not toxic to management cause they never cared
Management likes to throw staff around to ‘cover’ other facilities across the island in regardless of the area of resident. You could be asked to work in the west (where you could be living in the east), at 8am in the morning just because someone took last minute MC and 8am is not within working hour so cab fare is not claimable :) naturally you will be late and they will question you why are you late to work WOW!
Yes to favouritism, as long as you are their favourite, no matter how bad you perform or broke the law (yes you read it right, the law), your spot in the company still remains without any changes :)
To the manager who left a good review and said everything is good keep it up, is one of the toxic people who is in favour of the management clearly. Because no one is happy except their own clique of people :)
