      An SME company trying hard to build a name, but struggling with basic fundamentals poor management practices, weak HR leadership, delayed claims and ineffective communication.

      Cons

      Extremely poor experience working with this company. Weak HR leadership, ineffective management and a culture of micromanagement create a stressful and unproductive environment. Staff welfare is clearly not a priority, claims are delayed, benefits are minimal and communication is often unclear or misleading. There are also signs of manipulative practices that erode trust within the organization. Would not recommend.

      SME company so you mostly will be working with eveyone. Very good exposure

      Salary depends on ceo availability. If he's out for business or holiday the salary always late. Claims also reimbursed very late maximum 3 months
