2 years of employment, told at onboarding to complete the training then get a pay review, no pay increase in 2 years, despite role advancement from medical receptionist to surgery booker to surgery coordinator. Requested a pay review, took 3 months to get back to me to say I'm already at maximum pay rate for the role, I had been misled. I asked what growth opportunities were available and they said none.
Several instances of higher up staff using my work and ideas, literally a spreadsheet I created, sent out to all like they made it, without any acknowledgement. When I approached the manager about this, clarifying that was work I did she said good ideas come to many people ?! Very frustrating when others have the higher role and salary, using your mind and efforts to line their pockets.
I had also raised my concerns about COVID in Feb 2020, I'm an asthmatic who was face to face with patients just to be told I was too sensitive and needed to toughen up, making my workplace associated stress about me and not their legal responsibility. A global pandemic later, I guess my concerns were valid eh?
