I'm sorry to hear that feel our salary banding is on the low end of the spectrum - we regularly look at the market rates for roles and where possible try and be competitive.       Pros

      Moving to EziTracker has been the best decision I ever made, career-wise. Management promote a healthy work-life balance that is a progressive and modern for the 21st century family. Flexible working hours and practices promote a happy workforce and a cohesive, collaborative working team. I am proud to say morale is at an all-time high for both employees and customers! Work can present enough challenges for anyone without adding pressure to home life and management understands this.

      Cons

      Every job has it's challenges. Those challenges may be different for each person so I could not speculate what might challenge you. For me, I enjoy a challenge so nothing has really been a downer during my tenure.
