      Pros

      Most of the developers will help you in the problems, but founder and HR will fire you at the evening time within a day without any reason or notice period

      Cons

      They are playing with the future of the employees, they can fire you without any reason of any notice period, if you have full time job also,job security is very very dumb, He will offer many things at the hiring time after one or two months they will take room rent, accommodation

      nothing to say as positive review

      Cons

      Initiated interview after asked to perform the task and once interview got over, people are not responding your messages and not ready to pay what ever the amount. If budget not acceptable they should not forward the resume either test or technical discussion. Really weird experience and worst management.

      Pros

      The tasks are not the same boring old routines... each and everyday... it is interesting and challenging that we can take up... Amazing guys in tech domains and you are not alone. Brainstorming with them is fun and informative and opens up a new path.... Not only work. We have fun at work. And we do go a little more with the lunches, outings, trips, etc. Management interaction remains intact and pays heed to the Employees' word. A good place to explore the passion and learn new stuffs with management support

      Nothing really. Management listens to the employees and there is nothing that can be listed as serious cons.
