      Pay without tax deduction Room for innovation and focus on current AI tools as well

      They have zero benefits. They dont give good raise at well They try their best to not give employees raise and find excuses when its time to give raise The pay is never on time and its always late

      Pros

      I don't think there are any Pros at all.

      Cons

      They expect you to work on weekends. No compensation on extra hours. They do promises and back out on them. Worst planning and politics in upper management. CEO is a very arrogant person who tries to use derogatory terms.
