Where to begin. - Severe lack of training. - Job isn’t as described. It’s definitely NOT high paced and/or high profile work. - Management have favourites and rewards are not skill based. - Narcissistic management. - There is external HR for management but not employees! - Some employees get benefits that others don’t. This unfair system relies on secrecy between employees, but quickly uncovered once employees discuss between themselves. - Remote working and complete lack of ability to work anywhere else which is totally mind numbing. - Very low level talent managing. - Very underpaid staff who do most of the work, yet management take all credit. - No career progression. - Zero focus on diversity and inclusion.
