The CEO, Mr's Muldoon is not a nice person. I have to agree with all the comments here. She has no respect for staff, there is only one thing worse than being a staff member and that's being a manager. She's a bully. I worked close to Mr's Muldoon and I recorded some of her antics on my I phone, shouting, treating people like dirt, without respect for ordinary people just trying to do a job. If you could hear the recordings it would open people's eyes. I thought about putting these up on u tube, I haven't made my mind up yet. I ended up on tablets and seeing a doctor, my nerves were shattered with anxiety, I don't think I'll ever be the same again. I still find it hard to sleep.

The CEO conducted a reign of terror, belittled, bullied and demeaned anyone she came in to contact with. Her team of spineless nodding dogs enabled her behaviour and the Board of Directors allowed her antics while she earned excessive pay. A capable business person but an appalling leader. Most disappointed by the Chairman who was renowned for being a gentleman in Glanbia, we all thought he would put a check on the CEO’s behaviour which is notorious across the industry. Someone will break under pressure and what then for those who turned a blind eye? What will happen to the share price? When I was prescribed Xanax to allow me to go to work I knew I hit bottom, I walked out without a job to go to, no way to pay my mortgage and I never regretted it - 2 years of torture. I have friends unfortunate enough still to be there and it’s worse it’s getting.
