The remote work option might be a pro.

They will hire you by word of mouth and won't sign any contract probably because they do not want to provide social security. It is illegal to employ people without social security but when you ask about how they handle this issue they will not clarify anything and fire you. LOL They claim they are a part of a big healthcare advertisement network. Well, a little advice to the network: Kick them out, they are committing crimes in the country they operate in. Also very unprofessional modes of communication. People do not check their Teams, the official software, and communicate on WhatsApp instead...
