Pros
The salary was ok for Philadelphia, if you're a himbo or bro you can slack in your job and still be on the management's good side, it's not that there's a lot of work - it's just disorganized
Cons
"Not a good fit" is a phrase you'll here over and over again. So many talented people cycle through this place. The senior staff doesn't seem like they trust any new employees. There's no training. Often there is no access to the information you need to do your job, but it will be your fault if you don't get your work done. There's a culture of fear and blame, whether it's fear of loosing your job, or not doing good work, or being put into a situation that feels unsafe. The manager triggered my PTSD on a few occasions and then would yell about me freezing and not defending myself. I was only there for 5 weeks and 3 other people quit during that time. They closed the office on a Thursday when it came out that one manager had Covid. However another manager had had it previously that week (and knew) and continued coming in and taking meetings with staff and affected 2 other people, one of them with a compromised immune system. They didn't care. They try to say they are progressive and encourage people to be themselves, but they have a long way to go in actually proving this.
