      Lots of drive and talent coming from the employees, many brilliant and competent people

      That pay is nothing to write home about, there seems to be an internetwork disconnect, old guard vs new ideas constantly clash

      Great coworkers and good schedule

      Cons

      The warehouse is treated like crap compared to the customer service team. We work long shifts with only 2 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch and the customer service team takes like a 30 minute break every 2 hrs. Leadership only cares about them and people in Connecticut
