Pros

Gaining experience in the oil field.

Cons

Horrible equipment that they do not maintain. Everything is duct taped together. Sometimes literally. I had an exhaust leak in my truck. Woke up to the office staff trying to get me out of the truck. I was blue. Operations manager of their Eastern division told me I'd be better off finding a job somewhere else as my safety standards were too high. Safety is not a goal of theirs in any way. Many drill sites I went to where other people from other companies trained me. FDF agreed they should do a better job....but was happy they didn't have to train me themselves. DANGEROUS place to work. Zero opportunities to grow

Pros

There are absolutely no pros because this is a fake company n they will take your money!

Cons

Trust me! I’ve been scammed by a company that’s doing exactly what they’re doing. You’ll see the job posting on Indeed. Then they’re gonna send you a text message after you apply with a link and tell you to connect with them on Google Teams. It’ll say something like “download teams and follow this link for your interview. Please reference id: [SHINOBll100] in your first message. Best? Of? Luck!” They’ll then give you an interview on Teams with about 8-10 questions but all without talking to a live person over the phone or seeing their face. Then, of course, they’ll tell u that u passed the interview and your hired. Then they’ll tell u that in order to work you’ll need “special equipment” but that they will give u the money for this. Then they’ll send you a check in the mail for $5k and have u deposit it into your bank account, then proceed to have you send that amount of money to other people (all scammers) via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. (I don’t think Zelle blocks this now). Then after you send them the $5000 The bank will stop payment on the check cause it’s a bad check! Run the other way please! don’t be a victim like I was n lost $1k before I found out.
