This company don't even give any gif or bonus in Diwali for employee, very poor company,before moving to nanded city they were saying we will provide world class fascilities to our employees but all are fake promises , low standard , poor infrastructure , management is not professional , no one is professional from TL to higher management, they expect to work on Saturday n Sunday, no personal life after joining,lot of politics and partialities going on , no appreciation for hard working people , they fired employee without notice at any time, they were making hype of nanded city but there also worst infrastructure , all are in single floor and table arrangement, who will expect from IT company such bad infrastructure ? Salary is low for experience people , policies are horrible , change any time without informing to employees, they are started bench policy for firing employees and even if employee performance good they put on PIP without any reason and terminate immediately , no opportunities , no growth , no career, Managers,BA,DM they don't know about project and it's requirement and they have very poor communication with the client and they don't able to manage project properly that's why their project get fail, company don't Care any employee,if you join this company your career will end so don't join at any cost

Everything is cons in company, 01> The HR & their marketing dept have been shelling out fake positive reviews, just to balance & counter the genuine negative reviews, I mean to make it believable they write some mundane negative remark but still give 5 stars?!? Isn't that making it even more obvious, I mean they don't even have that capability to post quality "fake reviews" i worked for 3 yrs in company. 02> There are no ethics in company for anyone. no one cares what kind of situation employees are suffering from they are calling them-self "if google want to launch any product in .... they launch through us only". 03>Figmds staff is around 1500 and parking spaces are 70 only. 04> There is no canteen facility or transportation facility. 05> HR are vary rude they don't give reply on time they consider them-self owner of company. 06> There is no value to employee. pathetic projects 07> Hopeless technical leads they don't know and don't have any idea about technology 08> Put employee on "PIP" without reason. 09> Restriction on creativity 10> Treating every employee as their S L A V E 11> There are lots of more.....
