*Having the right attitude, patience, consistency and perseverance will surely pay off. *Salary is good for an entry-level position. *In time, a reward is awaiting to those who do above and beyond their tasks. *Adjustable schedule, if approved, unlike in other companies. *Everyone can be friendly.
Cons
*High risk for termination / suspension depending on the gravity of the error. *Working space. *Strict rules (e.g. attendance and prohibition of personal phones inside Ops floor). *Majority are spoon-fed and blaming their lack of knowledge or negligence to other people instead of having the initiative to learn it.
