Pros
The only advantage is that you may learn something, provided you are not let go. However, the work pressure is extremely high, and it often comes at the cost of personal and family time.
Cons
There are no proper training from seniors. Freshers are not given time to properly learn or implement processes. You are expected to complete the assigned tasks at any cost, and only then you will be treated well. Otherwise, you may not receive a good impression from the management. The CEO is very strategic and knows how to push employees to finish work. Do not expect increments, the usual response is that your performance is not up to the mark or that the company lacks funds. This happened to me as well, and despite my efforts, I was let go. I strongly advise not to get stuck in this company. They hire employees from certain institutes and treat them poorly, with little respect. I have heard from seniors that due to ego issues, the CEO has lost entire teams, delayed increments, and even kept some employees salaries pending. If increments cannot be given, employees have every right to look for better opportunities, and the company must provide all necessary documents. Whatever small benefits are offered are mainly to attract new hires, but once you join, the work pressure becomes extremely high. I would request freshers to consider other companies first. Join here only if you have no other option, as the work environment is extremely stressful and the expectations are unrealistic.
