      Pros

      Meet new people everyday and develop great friendships with members.

      Cons

      Fit Republic believes they can get rid of anyone they like whenever they want. They want you to constantly make phone calls your entire shifts to get memberships even if it’s 8am or 8pm. They treat their employees very poorly and they constantly change position titles and pay rates. They expect you to work when not on the clock and on days off.

      The members are great. The coworkers are better.

      Corp isn’t great. They set really high goals and give almost no raises.
