Pros
* High Salary * Great co-workers
Cons
* It's sad that I have to waste my time posting this, but I truly do not want anybody to endure this * CEO obviously has a bias to hire people who are Jewish or look Jewish, particularly young women - red flag * He preys on young women that he thinks he can get away with venting to and taking out his anger on * Unfortunately he chose the wrong person and fired me immediately after I put my foot down and told him he can't treat me like that - this explains why he has "fired" so many people * If you look on LinkedIn it will appear that many people work for this company, however there are only 3 or 4 people that work here. This is because the CEO spends more time hiring and firing than he does on addressing his people issues and organizational issues. All these individuals have been victims of this man's abuse. * It is obvious that the CEO has put up fake reviews (one or more) of this company to keep the reviews high so that it will be easy for him to hire as frequently as he fires * CEO will put you on a peda-stool and tear you down as soon as he feels emotional * CEO will not give you written warning or 2 weeks notice before firing you * CEO has no care for your well being and expects you to make him revenue immediately * CEO wanted to meet with me for an hour daily - wasted most of this time venting. This got in the way of my production. * If you schedule a call for the CEO he will ruin it by chatting about himself the entire time, without even presenting the material you just spent 4 hours preparing. * CEO will self-sabotauge again and again and again * Organization is incredibly disorganized (to a level where there are legal matters to be considered and cautious about). CEO does not want to take a look at the organizational flaws that prevent his company from making revenue. He hires you to give him feedback but refuses to take it - leaving his business continuously stagnant. * Company appears to be self-funded (there is also an external "investor") - appears more like a costly hobby than an actual business. * CEO has no control over his emotions and will take a bad day out on you. He will deny this and put on a front that he is actually a nice, well put together guy * CEO will try to build you up by talking badly about other employees behind their backs * CEO will not train you but expect you to know everything, even though he knows from your resume that you do not know any of this * Working here will be bad for your reputation, because it will get you and your clients nowhere - CEO will promise clients things he can't actually provide * CEO insists on hiring cheap international staff that wont' complete the job - then expects you to sell this as a product to clients * You are worth more than any price take this man pays you * AVOID WORKING HERE AT ALL COSTS
