It seemed they cared about most of their employees, although didn't necessarily show it with employee pay.

Pros
It's solar energy - you can't beat the industry. Fun group of people at the office.
Cons
Management treats sales staff very poorly - no salary and no benefits. Most of the sales team moonlights at other jobs to pay bills because of the long closing times associated with large solar projects. Competitors pay a base ranging from $30,000 - $60,000.
