Worst company to work for, they treat you like their slaves watch you through camera on daily basis boss you around harass employees through their personal phones and chats any days go by with no customer they will keep calling harassing you until you get any sales. They make you drive to different stores to pick up stock and head office no compensation for it you their commission structure is good as nothing barely make any money here headoffice people never willing to help with anything yet have the calls on speaker and sit there and laugh at you and talk behind backs any concerns they delay or just ignore pay is never on time they never have any stock or and proper accessories yet they want sales
