A twenty word minimum for ‘pros’. This is going to be very hard. There aren’t any! Yes! Reached twenty words!

Cons

They’d donate your organs if they could ... and still ask you to work as soon as you woke from the anaesthetic (if you woke at all) Management and HR team completely bent No work life balance (sorry ... what’s ‘life’?) Promised bonuses never materialise

Just received yet another company staff magazine and not one person of colour in the magazine. Representation matters and although there are not many of us in Conway it would be good to see this reflected in the information being sent to all staff.

Pay is abysmal, talks to improve salty are ignored, staff is heavily unappreciated. Management is very dismissive and vindictive.
