      Pros

      Great opportunity to rotate through FMC's different divisions and learn a diverse product line, when market conditions are good.

      Cons

      The rotational program started falling apart when market conditions went bad, rotations stopped and anyone who was in Phase 1 was indefinitely placed in the shop.

      Pros

      The company offers a lot: 401k matching, health benefits, various at work programs (Weight Watchers, Toastmasters, etc.), employee appreciation events (summer picnic, Christmas party, give-away's).

      Cons

      It's easy to get stuck in a position and never really advance. Also, depending on your manager, it's common to feel under-appreciated and your work to go unnoticed; however, some managers have been fantastic and are absolutely not like that.

      Great starting salary and good benefits.

      Cons

      The Rotation Program is not what it's cut out to be. Not much actual engineering experienced is learned when you are stuck in the shop as a technician.
