Company culture is around having pointless meetings that could be a simple chat message or email. The company annual or semi-annual meetings are basically an excuse to have leadership think they are giving employees input. There are many times when leadership makes decisions and does not let employees know those decisions have been made until they are ready to implement (day of implementation). Weekly and bi-weekly town hall meetings are also a joke and do not really offer valuable information to their employees.

The team is highly engaged & passionate about Investment & Financial Literacy. Team members are constantly looking for ways to improve the products, services, and customer experience. The new CEO has shifted the culture to be highly collaborative and inclusive that allows everyone to have a voice in strategies and decisions.
Cons
The culture and work environment are like a start-up, to excel you need to be nimble and able to pivot quickly to meet industry and client needs. If you like a fast-paced environment, it is a great place.
