      Pros

      1) No consistency for Punch in punch out. Simply finish work hours any which ways. 2) Simply praise the Project Managers to get Confirmation. 3) Not much Projects so no work pressure. 4) Stay in the good books, do bucket lifting, that's it. Your job gets secured. 5) Lastly, become a Spy of the managers, short and quicker way to become the permanent employee. Cheers!

      1) No projects 2) No salary on time 3) No appraisal if you are not in the bucket lifters list 4) Meager salary 5) Misfit project mangers 6) Eve teasing, a common phenomenon 7) Ugliest corporate 8) Nothing to learn 9) Managers are 24*7 busy saving themselves 10) Poor infrastructure

      No specific working time. Almost 15-16 hours work. Management thinks we are slaves. Not employees.

      Only one advantage is you will receive your salary on time.

      Cons

      -It's work from home. No specific working time. You have to work almost 15-16 or even 18 hours work. And you will a receive a Salary of 15k. -Daily your are doing same work. No growth and no career development was there. -Only work pressure and sleepless nights. -Also the management thinks we are slaves. Not employers. Such kind of rude attitude. -At the time of joining, they offer holiday for Saturday and Sunday and addition 2 holidays per month. But you will recieive only regular holidays in sunday only. -The thing you will get are work pressure, work pressure, work pressure and work pressure - If anyone wanted a good career development, don't go for the job. - At the time of joining, they will accept any of your demand. After joining, all the things will be different.

      The company makes false promises, the work environment is like a call center, the HR is good for nothing. They are not at all fair..They make their rules and when you follow them and if as per their rule gets the benefit, then they change the rule. The company is not at all ethical. The TL and managers just don't know how to talk..They all talk rude. No work ethics.They are very good at fooling people. Pls don't join them.
