Pros
Casual office atmosphere, staff members, flexible with holiday booking
Cons
Management is completely adverse to both suggestions and ideas. The company was built from a lucky idea and so every industry is now understood, apparently. The wages are AWFUL. You are seen as a head sat at a desk and not valued what so ever, you are disposable to the point were you would fear being sacked if you voiced displeasure. Management doesn't care about any member of staff. Management isn't on your side but will pretend to be. The office is highly inadequate and has holes, protruding wires, door handles missing. Equipment is years old and out of date. There are ZERO procedures in place and everything is demanded ad-hoc on whims. Often family members of management are in the office and this includes young children running around making noise There are no reviews in place. There are no pay rises in place. There is no room for learning or personal development. No ideas are allowed, they're ignored. You will be given a task, do the task, then when is reviewed it will be changed and you will be the one who did it wrong despite doing what was told. No creativity allowed.
