      Follows time rules but encountered silent expectations for expanding working hours unreasonably.

      Cons

      Little training, all on the job and a high stress level, for no apparent reason. Relatively high presonnel turnover.

      Pros

      For any modern executive who is concerned about his development in a dynamically evolving work environment, it is the best choice. The company has been the leader in its field for many years and it is my honor to work here.

      Cons

      It is a strict company and very focused. This is perceived by some as distancing. In reality, however, it is a company with a very good working environment, organized and fair.
