Pros
No one really cares. The CEO and COO are also employees and have bosses in china. They only care about maintaining their jobs. Not much care attention goes into the employees.
Cons
Mentioned above. Positive if you want a chill job, just show up on time and you’re good. Your performance doesn't really matter.
