Cons
I would like to express my concerns regarding the management practices at this hospital. There is a consistent lack of support, poor delegation of tasks, and an unprofessional attitude from certain supervisors. Staff are often required to work overtime without any additional compensation, which is both unfair and demotivating. Despite industry standards reflecting an 8-hour workday (including a 1-hour lunch break), employees here are expected to work 9 hours daily—8 hours of work plus a full hour lunch break, which is not counted as paid time. Moreover, during lunch breaks, we are frequently called back to assist with customer needs, often being told to "run" back by direct managers, compromising both our break and well-being. To add to this, there is a noticeable double standard: while some staff are overwhelmed with unresolved emails and reports after hours, certain managers routinely leave on time for personal activities such as yoga. This disparity highlights the lack of equitable workload distribution and respect for employee time.
