Politics, bad management, vague protocols, hazy plans for future career progression, personally had an extremely inefficient reporting officer who lied regularly, was always suspicious of subordinates (because she was used to lying herself) and tardy at responding to emails on urgent matters; unable to manage her way out of a paper bag. Made multiple derisive comments in an offhanded fashion. It was a very bad experience working under such a poor manager with no knack for running a team.
