      - Health insurance provided - Nice office - Very accessible via public transport

      Cons

      - typical Chinese hustle culture - management and CEO do not really care about the welfare of the staff - CEO anyhow hires management staff to fill up roles (mainly through connections & "friends") - hence, people who are not fit to be a leader end up with manager roles and in turn make staff life very difficult to work with - very discriminating culture - lack of direction & career progression - extremely messy in terms of departments and scope of work given - CEO is very toxic and will gossip and will pit management staff against each other but make it look like its not her doing

      - nice office and office view - CBD area that is near MBS - nice pantry - the boss will treat nice food at times

      Cons

      - a really micromanaging manager who needs to be well-reported on the work site when she's not physically there - is not allowed to make any decisions without the manager's approval - same department colleagues cannot be depended on when everyone is scared of the manager - gets scolded by the manager even when you are not in the wrong and uses a very demanding and unfriendly tone to talk to you - miscommunication everywhere because everyone just assumes - high amount of workload - gets allocated to something else without asking for your opinion and not even mentioned during the interview - the employee has no say in the company; upper management's decision is final
