1)u work with juniors ad juniors are below average here like nothing still they hire them just on the basis of telepjonic intervoew its so irritating to work with them 2)Less projects 3) used very very old technologies 4)No hike or increment 5)sometimes pressurised by seniors not manager but team leads 6)very bad office structure no ac working and all 7) frequent layoffs
