Pros

No Pros to work at fabric monde.

Cons

-Cons are the "Three founders" 1)CEO- A very passionate women. Reads books on startups considers Jack Ma as her inspiration but lack taking the basic lessons from these books. Tries way too hard to level up her startup game. but misses on good leadership skills. 2)COO- This woman is really intelligent. however, she prefers to preserve her intelligence. You would hardly find her working. Neglects employees query a lot of times. Very unprofessional and aggressive women with 0% work ethics. 3)CTO- Very patient guy. Good at squeezing out the maximum from interns, giving them hope for a full-time job. Terminating them at the end of the internship, stating they did not do well. -The overall work environment is very negative. 1)They don't value their employees and the effort taken. Unprofessional yelling amongst the co-founders and to employees at times ruins the intention of working. 2) The office is located in a residential area. Frequent power cut-offs and water issues, not well maintained office premises add up to more negativity and reduces efficiency at work. 3)Their definition of effective working is defined by the NUMBER of work hours and not QUALITY.

Pros

The idea and mission is fair enough to join.

Cons

The worst level of management in terms of employee managament. Working in fabric monde will totally distruct your life as there is no work-life harmony. You can be thrown out of the company 'at-will' of the management (even after putting your heart and soul to it). They can praise you at a moment , for god knows the next moment you cannot have a job there. No value for your career. They say it as a startup but never seen one in them. National holidays are far for them as they sometimes say they are anti-national in terms of leaves. Having extra money in your account is a good practise as they wont give compensation real soon.

Pros

- Grow thick skin to manipulation and frivolous comments - Learn for 5 months and stagnate right there for the longest period - Great Networking and connects (which you have to build from scratch) - Amazing Team - Mission is empowering (and only the mission is empowering)

Cons

- Saturdays working - National Holidays mean nothing to them - Work aimlessly for 11 hours and 6 days a week (and many a sundays if required) - Work on sundays and yet not get the compensation because your manager's mood isn't good enough to grant you one - Incentives are only in the books - Lose motivation in work life - Burn out by EOD
