      Pros

      I've worked for a few civil design firms and this one is by far the best. Great company culture, interesting projects, and competitive compensation. Employees feel valued, and upper management is great.

      There is a lot of work and great people to learn from. Everyone is super friendly, and the CEO is very humble and respected by everyone. Amazing work-life balance.
