Pros
Relaxed dress code and most of the people are fun to work with and work very hard. 8:30 to 5pm Monday through Friday work schedule.
Cons
Upper management doesn’t manage staff. Some employees can come and go as they please without consequences. Moral is very low and they have no idea.

Pros
They attempt to provide extras (lunches, awards etc.) to improve employee conditions, however it's just a band aid on the problem.
Cons
Management are your typical HS jocks/mean girls/bullies. They over promise and under deliver, then blame their inadequacies on newer staff. I have seen many incidents of demeaning/bullying of staff by management.
